1. Heard.
2. Argument of Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant is that the Appellant has already worked in the scheduled area for more than 16 years and by the impugned transfer order he has again been transferred to a scheduled area. The Learned Single Judge
has considered this aspect of the case and considering the fact that in his present place of posting the Appellant is working since last more than 4 years, the writ petition has been dismissed. It has been further observed by the Writ Court that there is no provision prohibiting the State Government to post the Appellant in the scheduled area.
3. We have heard the parties and considered all the aspects of the case.
4. We find no infirmity and illegality in the order passed by the Learned Single Judge.
5. The appeal has no substance and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
