Vide order dated 31.08.2015 in WPS No.3171/2015, this Court directed the contemnors to decide the petitioner's representation in respect of grant of upgradation of pay scale/Kramonnati within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of representation. 2.
Although a separate order in respect of petitioner's representation has not been passed, however, vide order dated 30.03.2016, the petitioner has been allowed upgradation of pay scale w.e.f. 19.04.2001.

Shri Pali, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is entitled for upgradation of pay scale w.e.f. 19.04.1999 in the pay scale of Rs.14300-400-18300/-, therefore, the order passed by this Court has not been fully complied with.

It appears, the contemners have substantially complied with the order passed by this Court, however, no separate order deciding the representation has been passed only in respect of the petitioner. 5.
If the petitioner is still aggrieved in the sense that appropriate pay scale has not been granted w.e.f. 19.04.1999, he would be at liberty to move a fresh writ petition.
