(2) This Court by order dated 10.08.2015 passed in WP(S) No.2882/2015 (Smt. Vidyawati Singh Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) granted liberty in favour of the petitioner to move the petition before the Pension Committee for redressal of her grievances. (3) Since, the matter is pending consideration before the Pension Committee and, as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain instant writ petition.
(4) Therefore, the instant writ petition is liable to be and is hereby
