After some argument, Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner proposes to represent before the Respondent No. 1 its grievances for grant of necessary benefits as a Small Scale Medium Industrial Unit/Ancillary Unit of the South Eastern Coalfields Limited. 2.

We make no observations with regard to the same except that if the Petitioner files a representation, the Respondents shall expeditiously consider the same in accordance with law and dispose it by a reasoned and speaking order.
