1. The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of order dated 18.11.2016 passed in WPS No.6299 of 2016.

2. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this Court had directed for consideration of representation within four weeks but till date, order has not been passed.

3. This Court left the matter to be decided by the competent authority without interfering with the transfer order. In case, the representation of the petitioner has not been decided, the petitioner may revive his application and authority should consider the same keeping in view the representation of the employee cannot be kept pending and it should be decided at the earliest.

4. The contempt petition is disposed off.
