2. The petitioner is permitted to amend the prayer clause to seek further relief for quashing of the order passed by the SDO(R), Dabhara, District Janjgir-Champa (CG).

3. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit

that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 24.02.2016 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in WPC No.51 of 2016. They would pray that this writ petition may also be allowed in the same terms

4. In view of the above joint statement made, the present writ petition is allowed in the same terms.
