1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes in this writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending application for compassionate appointment.

decide the pending application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
