The matter in issue concerns benefit of pension under the Chhattisgarh (work-charged and Contingency Paid Employees) Pension Rules, 1979. The said issue has already been decided by this Court by order dated 26.02.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 281/2013 (Lakhanram Sahu v. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters), against which SLP preferred by the State Government has also been dismissed. 2.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in

terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in the matter of Lakhanram Sahu (supra).

The State Government shall consider the petitioner's case after due verification of the petitioner's eligibility in terms of the order passed by this Court in Lakhanram Sahu (surpa).
