(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.10/2015 registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District Raipur for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 2.7.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3031/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case; I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
