1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by order dated 14.8.2017 whereby he has been transferred from District - Balod to DistrictKorba.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation which may be directed to be considered and decided within a stipulated time.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission, without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the authority to decide petitioner's representation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
