This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent authorities to conduct enquiry against respondent No.4 on the allegation that respondent No.4 has wrongly obtained benefit of a caste status to which, he does not actually belong. 2.
Irrespective of the merits of the case, the petitioner is purely on stranger. Upon being enquired, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that this is not the Public Interest Litigation. 3.
This Court fails to understand as to what is the legal injury caused to the petitioner. The writ Court would not come to the aid of the petitioner in these proceedings unless the petitioner, himself, alleges legal injury to his own rights.

Without commenting upon the proceedings which are pending in various authority on petitioner's complaint, this petition has to be dismissed as without being locus and therefore, the petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
