Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 23/03/2021 1.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be action on the part of the respondents whereby the name of the petitioner has been removed from the gradation list as Personal Secretary in the Water Resources Department.
2.
According to the petitioner, his name was all along there in the gradation list in the recent past, however in the recent gradation list that has been published, his name has been removed or not
reflected, whereas in the earlier gradation list the position of the petitioner was at serial No. 1.
3.
Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision in respect of the representation, which the petitioner has made at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
