10.2 This hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in quashing and setting aside the bid rejection of petitioner and may please direct the respondents to Award the subject work to the Petitioner as they are the lowest bidder.

10.3 This hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in granting any other relief & the cost of the petition."

2. The matter was included in the final hearing list and when it was taken up for hearing on 03-12-2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The position continued yesterday as well and the same is the situation today also. There is nobody to represent the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action.
