Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/10/2017 Petitioner's grievance raised through this petition is that the representation filed by the petitioner against the transfer order has not been decided till date. The transfer policy dated 11/07/2017 provides for decision of representation against transfer. In the very nature of exercise, such matter should be decided expeditiously one way or the other. The representation of the petitioner has not been decided till date. It is expected that the Committee dealing with such matters, shall decide representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
