(Order passed on 31-03-2018) 31/03/2018 We have considered the grounds of review petition. This review petition has been filed by the petitioner with a delay of 20 days. 2.

Having gone through the grounds raised in the review petition, we are not inclined to review the earlier order, particularly in view of the observation that

the appellant has remedy under the law, in case, he chooses to challenge the decision of the Collector and further taking into consideration the statement of State counsel and counsel for respondent-Corporation that the petitioner has been allotted house in the Sai Bhoomi Parisar, Torwa, Bilaspur, which is only 200 Meter away from the place, wherefrom he was evicted. 3.

Therefore, in our opinion, no case for review is made out. The review petition is dismissed.
