1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.327/2015, registered at O.P. Lavan, Police Station Kasdol, Distt. Baloda Bazar, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, particularly keeping in view the age of the prosecutrix 16 years, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
