Considering the fact of the circumstances of the case and the reasons assigned in the application subject to the petitioner depositing the cost of Rs. 2500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account NO. 32749718036 within a period of 7 days from today. The present writ petition would restored to its original Number. It is made clear that if the order passed by this court, if the amount is not deposited within seven days from today, the order passed by this court in the present MCC would lose its efficacy.
