Since present appeal arises out of order dated 23-01-2018, which was passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (C)No.62 of 2018 in a batch of writ petitions and similar writ appeals have already been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.107 of 2018 & Writ Appeal No.118 of 2018, decided on 26-02-2018, the present appeal also fails for the same set of reasons, which have been assigned by the Division Bench in relation to above-mentioned appeals.
