Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/10/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred representation ventilated his grievance on account of non-payment of salary for the period from 01/10/2013 to 01/06/2014 which has been directed to be paid by the order of the Government with a reminder issued on 01/05/2015. 2.
Learned State counsel submits that the petition may be disposed off with appropriate directions because the State Government has already issued a direction to the Director of the Training Centre for granting pay.

In view of above, respondent No.3 is directed to take necessary steps for release of petitioner's salary.
Let necessary order as per the direction of the State Government be passed within a period of 60 days. In case, relief as claimed by the petitioner is not granted or partly granted, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive his petition. 4.
