1. Today, the present incumbent of the offices of Director, Urban Administration and Joint Director, Urban Administration both are present in the Court.
2. It is brought to the notice by this Court that the order passed by this Court has now been complied with by the present incumbent in the aforesaid offices.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission and subsequent development regarding compliance of the order of the Court and that the present incumbent of the offices were not concerned officer at the time when the order was passed or
during the period within which, order was required to be complied with, I am inclined to close the matter and discharge the rule.
