Heard on Application for Restoration of W.P.(S) No.820 of 2020, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 05.02.2020. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the order dated 05.02.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No.820 of 2020 is recalled. Consequently, W.P.(S) No.820 of 2020 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the Application for Restoration of W.P.(S) No.820 of 2020 is allowed.
