(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation for considering his name for promotion on the post of Accountant from the post of Assistant

Grade-III before respondent No.3-Joint Director, Urban Administration & Development, Durg, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.3Joint Director, Urban Administration & Development, Durg for redressal of his grievances and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before respondent No.3-Joint Director, Urban Administration & Development, Durg. If such representation is made by the petitioner, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law, expeditiously. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
