Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without complying with the transfer policy the petitioner has been transferred from Patwari Halka No.8 to Patwari Halka No.11 by respondent No.3/SubDivisional Officer (Revenue), Pakhanjur, who is not competent officer to transfer the services of the petitioner.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would submit that order has been passed by the Collector on 19.2.2016. 3.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes a representation before respondent No.2/Collector, North Bastar Kanker within a period of one

week from today, respondent No.2 will do well and decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of one week from the date of receipt of representation. For two weeks, the petitioner shall not be relieved, if already not relieved.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
