1. This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 10.02.2020.

2. After arguing for a fairly long time, Mr. Dharmesh Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be allowed to prefer an appeal under Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990.

3. Prayer is fair reasonable.

4. The present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal. If such an appeal is filed within 10 days from today the appellate Authority would do well to consider and decide the appeal within two months from the date of filing of the appeal. 5.Certified copy be returned to counsel for the petitioner after furnishing duly photocopy of the same.
