The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide her claim for compassionate appointment.

According to counsel for the petitioner, the Husband of the petitioner died in harness on 20.08.2017 and the petitioner subsequently have moved appropriate application for grant of compassionate appointment but till date no decision has been taken by the respondents on the claim of the petitioner.

Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised, let the respondents No.2&3 take an appropriate decision in the application for compassionate appointment preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.2&3 so far as order of this court is concerned.
