This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.93/2014, registered at Police Station-Kusmi, District-Balrampur-Ramanujganj (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 450 and 394 of the IPC. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence, facts and circumstances of the case and the manner in which the applicant along with co-accused persons robbed `12,000/- and ornaments from the complainant and consequent recovery, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
