1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents for grant of benefit of kramonnati as per the circular of the State Govt. dated 3.10.2008 and 11.1.2010 upon completion of 24 year of service.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar petitions i.e WPS No.2805 of 2002 and WPS No.546 of 2006 have already been disposed of by this Court. He submits that the petitioner herein may also be granted

-2similar relief.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the same.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to move fresh representation before the concerned authority within a period of 15 days from today and the concerned authority, in turn, should decide the representation objectively taking into consideration the grounds raised by the petitioner in his representation including any order of this Court as well as the order of the Supreme Court, if any.
