This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.309/2015, registered at Police Station-Ratanpur, District-Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and recovery of 1.200 kg. of contraband article ganja and the fact that one case of NDPS is pending consideration, I do not find any ground for grant of regular bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant to file afresh after disposal of one criminal case relating to NDPS Act. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) JUDGE B/-
