The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 18.9.2017 in connection with Crime No.02/2017 registered at Police Outpost- Lawan, Police Station- Kasdol, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 41(1-4) of CrPC. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application, with a liberty to revive the same after some time. 3.

The bail application stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
