Appeal is dismissed taking note of the fact that the High Court has already taken note of the observation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in WPC No. 1333 of 2018 on the case in point relating to land grabbing by illegal worship places. Dismissal of the writ application in the background so noted by the learned Single Judge is not misplaced.
