This is second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 28.01.2019 in M.Cr.C.(A.) No. 1583/2018 with a direction to decide the application for grant of regular bail of the applicant preferably and practicably on the same day, if the, applicant surrenders before the trial Court.
