Hon'ble Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order on Board Per Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice 16.03.2018 1.

The Petitioner claims that she married Shanki Agrawal on 28.01.2018. She pleads that Respondents No.2 and 3 who are her siblings are harassing her. She has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing Respondent No.1/State to provide protection from Respondents No.2 and 3, harassing the Petitioner. The fundamental of law relating the Habeas Corpus would stand to advice that such a petition ought to be rejected at the threshold. However, this writ petition is kept pending here only to ensure that the Petitioner carries out corrections to the writ petition which were required to atleast to plead before the Court what was actually intended to be pleaded.

2.

Looking at the petition, we see no ground to entertain and issue rule nisi as part of the request to issue writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus. Hence, we dismiss this writ petition without prejudice to the Petitioner making appropriate complaint to the Police Authority concerned.
