In view of what has been stated by respondent-State in para-5 of its return that case of the petitioner is still under active consideration of the Sub Divisional Officer (R) Janjgir, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if at this stage, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Sub Divisional Officer to expedite the matter.

3. Accordingly, the petition, at this stage, is disposed off. The petitioner may

-2approach the Sub Divisional Officer (R) Janjgir to expedite his matter.

4. In case decision is not taken within a reasonable time, the petitioner would be at liberty revive the petition.
