The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.103/2017 registered at Police Station Bhanupratappur, District Uttar Pradesh, Bastar Kanker (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376, 494, 109, 419, 34 of IPC. 2.

The counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to examine the prosecutrix before the trial Court. 3.

Prayer is allowed.
