Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that order of the Rent Controlling Authority directing eviction has already been executed and as such, the articles seized be directed to be returned to the applicant.

This Court vide order dated 13.11.2007 has passed the order. Operative portion of the order states as under:- "This Court, on 28.6.2003 directed the then Government Advocate Shri Rajesh Pandey to make proper arrangements to return the articles of the applicant lying in the disputed property on the basis of videography and inventory of the articles prepared by the State counsel as recorded in the order sheet dated 17.7.2003.

Shri Vinay Harit, learned Deputy Advocate General shall look into the matter and submit his report as to whether the articles have been returned to the applicant or are still lying. If the same are still lying, he will make arrangements to return the same to the applicant in presence of the learned counsel for the applicant as well as counsel appearing for private respondent."

State authorities will comply with the order dated 13.11.2007, if already not complied with.

With the aforesaid observation, the civil revision finally stands disposed of.
