Learned Additional Advocate General submits that a limited modification is required in paragraph 9 of the order dated 23.1.2015 in Writ Petition (C) No. 2101 of 2014 by substituting the words Deputy Director, Urban Development by Joint Director, Urban Administration and Development as the former office does not exist. 2.

Since the modification is very formal in nature, we do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the other side.

The M.C.C. is allowed and the order stands modified to the above extent.
