(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation for revocation of suspension order before the competent authority, which is pending consideration till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, the State Government is directed to do well and to take a decision on the pending representation for revocation of

suspension order of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
