The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner having submitted sale deed for registration, respondent No.4 is neither registering the document nor passing any order of refusal. 2.
Respondent No.4 is obliged under the law either to proceed to register the document or if for some reason, he finds that it is not permissible under the law, to pass a specific order in writing on the application of the petitioner within the stipulated period.

Let it be done within a period of three weeks from the submission of the order which is now being passed.

Respondent No.4/ Sub-Registrar, if for some legal impediment, finds, himself, unable to register the document, he should clearly state in writing the reason, so that the petitioner, if aggrieved, may take recourse to appropriate remedy.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
