1. By order dated 9-12-2014, the petitioner was transferred from his present place of posting at Chhuria, district Rajnandgaon to the Audit Department of the respondent Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank at Raipur. Feeling aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred a writ petition bearing
WP (S) No.431/2015, however, the writ petition was withdrawn on 12-2-2015 with liberty to pursue the representation. This Court also directed the respondents to decide petitioner's representation within a period of three weeks after considering all the aspects of the case.

It appears, even before this Court's order dated 12-2-2015, the respondents passed another order on 3-2-2015 to amend the earlier transfer order for posting the petitioner as Branch Manager at Dallirajhara branch of the Bank. It is this amended order which is under challenge in this writ petition.
3. It appears, the respondents have not yet decided petitioner's representation for which a direction was issued in WP (S) No.431/15. The respondents are therefore directed to consider petitioner's representation as directed by this Court's previous order and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today.
