Agrawal Order On Board 2 0 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application seeking title of agricultural land and also correction in the revenue records is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Surajpur since 18.1.2017, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Surajpur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably wihtin a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
