(1) Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that remedy of the petitioner is to file application before the Labour Court for redressal of his grievances under the provision of Section 78(A) of the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Relation Act.
(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file application before the Labour Court. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers application before the Labour Court within a period of two weeks from today, it is directed to
be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the receipt thereof keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is struggling for execution of the award since 2003. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
