Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities to consider his case for absorption on the post of Constable (Armourer) which is pending consideration since 18.01.2018 and has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the competent authority is directed to consider and

dispose of petitioner's representation for absorption on the post of Armourer strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
