At the out set, learned counsel the petitioner would submit that he be granted liberty to make representation before respondent 3 for the cause and same may be disposed of within time frame as deemed fit in the matter. 2.

The instant Writ Petition(S) is hereby disposed of without any appreciation on its merits. The petitioner is directed to make representation before respondent 3 within 30 days from today and if any representation is made before respondent 3 within 30 days from today, respondent 3 shall examine and dispose of the same in accordance with law and rules applicable in the matter on its merits within 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation.

The petitioner may avail the forum available under the law in case he had any grievance in the matter and after disposal of said representation or nonconsideration by respondent 3 within 90 days from the date of receipt of representation.

The Writ Petition(S) stands disposed of.
