Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner has been transferred from Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa to Lundara, District Surguja as a project officer, therefore, she be allowed to make a representation before the State Government.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the Petitioner makes a representation before the State Government within a period of two months from today, the State Government is directed to do well to consider and decide her representation within a maximum period of four weeks from the date of presentation of representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
