1. The limited prayer that the counsel for the petitioner makes is that his representation pending before the respondent no.3 be decided at the earliest.

2. Given the limited prayer that the petitioner has, the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. The respondent No.3 is expected to decide the case of the petitioner purely in accordance with law.
