The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioners are working under the respondents for a considerable long period of time and there is also regular vacancies available with the Department and the petitioners fulfill all the requisite criteria also for being appointed against the said post and therefore the case of the petitioners considering their past service be considered by the Department for being regularized against the sanctioned posts available.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioners is concerned, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to

take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioners for regularization at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
