This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 145/2015, registered at Police Station-Ramanujganj, for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 363, 376 & 506 of the IPC and Section 4 & 6 of the POSCO Act. 2.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any merit in this bail application. Consequently, third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
