The only relief which the petitioner has sought for in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for confirmation of his service.

According to counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was appointed on compassionate basis vide order dated 07.09.2011 and that he has put in more than 8 years of service, however, till date he has not been confirmed. No reasons have been assigned as to why he has not been confirmed.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents

NO.3 & 4 are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a suitable order so far as his confirmation is concerned. 4.

The petitioner is directed to approach the respondents No.3&4 by making a suitable representation in respect of his claim supported with all relevant documents that he has in his possession and, in turn, the respondents No.3&4 shall take a decision in the case of the petitioner as regards his confirmation at the earliest within a period of 60 days from the date of representation.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case so far as entitlement of the petitioner for confirmation is concerned.
