2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the petitioner has been allowed to pursue the BDS course, an order to that effect has already been issued on 07.07.2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an issue with regard to bond money to be adjusted against fee payable by the petitioner who belongs to economic weaker section of the society.

4. Leaving the petitioner to work out her remedy on the issue of bond money adjustment before the State authority or such other forum as available to her under the law, in view of subsequent event and the order dated 07.07.2021, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter, therefore, the Respondent No.1 is discharged from contempt proceedings.
