Heard on application for restoration of WPS No.3503 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 22.01.2020.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 22.01.2020 passed in WPS No.3503 of 2016 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No.3503 of 2016 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
